Functions Terms & Conditions
We accept payment on the function day or prior by cash, EFTPOS, and credit cards. Please be advised that we do not accept cheques or Amex.
To ensure a smooth and successful function, final numbers, location arrangements and catering choices must be finalised a minimum of two weeks prior to the function date.
If cancelling or changing the date of your function you must provide 1 weeks’ notice, or we may need to charge for any food/alcohol bought in preparation.
Choose between a Bar Tab or Cash Bar. For the Bar Tab: Simply set a spend limit, and then decide on what beverages you would like to offer your guests. Credit card and ID must be provided for security on the day prior to bar tab start time. For the Cash Bar, your guests pay for their own drinks.
No alcohol or food can be brought into the venue except for cakes with prior approval.
$20 per Cake, or if more than 20 people than a $30 fee per cake charge will apply. Spoons, napkins, serving plates and cutting knife is provided. Please ensure cakes are covered. We do not hold any responsibility for these cakes once they are in our care due to the nature of our frequently used fridge and prep areas.
The Mooloolah Valley Country Club is committed to providing responsible service of alcohol and at management’s discretion, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is underage, intoxicated, behaves inappropriately or are abusive towards any staff, managements, or guests.
